TubeText supplies digital processing and access that may begin immediately. Except where law requires otherwise, completed or consumed digital services are not refundable merely because you changed your mind or did not use all available allowance.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. We do not promise prorated or retroactive refunds except where required by law or expressly approved after review.

A one-time purchase is generally non-refundable after the selected video has been processed or premium access delivered, unless delivery failed, the purchase was duplicated, or applicable law provides a remedy.

If Stripe charged the same intended purchase more than once, contact us with the dates, amounts, and Stripe receipt identifiers. We will verify the records and refund an erroneous duplicate where appropriate.

If a paid feature was not delivered because of a verified TubeText failure, we may restore access, retry delivery, provide service credit, or issue a refund as appropriate and as required by law. Source-video restrictions or unsupported content do not automatically qualify.

EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. If you expressly request immediate digital performance, that right may be lost or reduced after performance begins or completes, where the required consent and acknowledgment were obtained. Statutory conformity remedies remain unaffected.

Email {{SupportEmail}} with your account email, purchase date, amount, Stripe receipt or session identifier, and a clear explanation. Do not send complete card details. Requests are assessed individually under this Policy and applicable law.
