Prices and checkout show applicable tax information. Stripe may calculate and collect VAT based on transaction details and location. Any published TubeText VAT identifier will use {{VATNumber}} until valid information is provided.

Stripe securely processes monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases. TubeText receives transaction and status information but not your complete card number.

Refunds are assessed under applicable law and the Refund Policy (/refund-policy), including duplicate charges and verified delivery failures. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund an already-started billing period.

TubeText does not own YouTube videos. Rights in a transcript depend on the source content and applicable law. You are responsible for having permission to process and use submitted content; TubeText retains rights only in its platform and original materials.

Account and transcript data is generally retained while needed to provide TubeText. Billing, security, legal, and backup records may be kept longer where necessary or required, then deleted or anonymized.
